Slab on grade for concrete

• We have the ability to prepare a pad for a concrete slab of any size – 5,000 square feet to well over 1 million square feet!
• Our equipment is compact enough to grade between pipes, footings, and columns as close together as 6 feet but strong and powerful enough to place up to 1000 tons of material per day and up to 100,000 square feet of laser graded/finished area per day
• By maintaining a tolerance of up to within a quarter of an inch we can save concrete place and finish contractors money by reducing material waste and ensure that the concrete slab is a consistent thickness.

Parking lots

• Whether your parking lot is on a single/dual consistent slope or full of pitches and drains, we can give you a finished product that is precise in elevation and allows the water to drain to the exact location intended.
• We can build a 3D computer program that is specifically the same elevations and contoured slopes as the original plans or show up on site and provide an “as-built” program that uses elevations from existing structures such as curbs, drains, existing concrete/asphalt, etc. – we can even provide a combination of both by using the original CAD file and incorporating existing elevations into the plans.

Tennis courts and Running tracks

• By letting us Laser Grade the sub base on your tennis court or running track, you can be certain the amount of stone base places on your surface is the exact thickness desired and there are no wasted cost in materials.
• With our Laser and 3D systems we can provide the exact slope to your surface to provide positive water flow in the right direction.
• Most tennis courts can be finished in 1-2 days and running tracks typically can be finished in 1-3 days saving you much needed time in the production process.

Ball fields

• Whether you have a practice field with a single slope, a football or soccer field with a crown in the middle, a baseball or softball field with slope, or any kind of field with any kind of slope, we can use our equipment to provide you an extremely accurate final grade and slope which will help in even grass growth, water drainage, etc.
